Trivia

• A hometown summer celebration with a large & colorful clown head, carnival car, hot dog & bun, plus a merry-go-round horse, sat on the float.
• The horse moved up and down, the car went back and forth, and the eyes of the clown rotated.
• On top of the float was a bumblebee which had also been included in the past.
• Wendy Steffens rode the horse.
• On the float were also 4-H farm animals with a sheep covered in popcorn.
• The BGHS band was awarded 2nd place for bands under 100 members.
